Culto Italiano is shaped by the traditions Chef Corrado Cervelli grew up with in Naples, Italy. Every pizza comes out of the oven in about 90 seconds — the same Neapolitan method Corrado learned in his family's own restaurant before moving to the United States in 2017. Pasta and mozzarella are made fresh by hand, and many ingredients come directly from Italy.
