Our story.
"Culto" is a word for devotion — for the traditions, flavors and hospitality of Naples that Chef Corrado Cervelli grew up with, and now shares with Bergenfield, NJ.
Roots in Naples
Where it began.
Corrado Cervelli was born in Naples, Italy, and grew up making authentic Neapolitan pizza in his family's own restaurant. After moving to the United States in 2017, he worked in restaurants across New York and New Jersey — carrying his love of Naples with him the whole way, and looking for a way to share it with family and friends.

Naples to Bergenfield
From a small oven to a home.
In 2020, during the pandemic, Corrado invested in a small mobile pizza oven, recognizing that people were still hosting events and craving good pizza. Serving the community through those challenging months, the business grew — adding more Pizza Truck units over time.
By the end of 2022, Culto Italiano opened its first location in Bergenfield, NJ — where it now serves Neapolitan pizza, cooked in about 90 seconds, alongside authentic Italian traditional dishes, for the town and neighboring communities.

Angelo Riccio
Pizza Chef
Angelo started working in restaurants at age 12, working his way up from cleaning and prep to becoming a Pizza Chef by 17. His path took him from Naples to Milan, and at 19 to America, gathering experience with master pizza chefs along the way.
