It’s time to share our humble beginnings. In 2020, during the pandemic, we invested in a small mobile pizza oven, recognizing that Americans were still hosting events and craving delicious pizza.
We felt blessed to serve our community during those challenging times, and today, we’ve expanded our knowledge and added more pizza truck units.
By the end of 2022, we opened our first location in Bergenfield, NJ, where we proudly serve not only Neapolitan pizza but also authentic Italian traditional dishes to our town and neighboring communities.

Corrado Cervelli’s culinary journey began where all great Italian food stories do—in a family kitchen. Raised in the vibrant streets of Napoli, he learned to make fresh pasta by hand before he could reach the counter, watching his grandmother shape orecchiette with her thumb and roll gnocchi with the back of a fork.
He first made his mark as a Pizzaiolo Napoletano in his family’s restaurant before rising as a full Chef. Every dish he creates carries the warmth of his childhood, the pride of his heritage, and the magic of generations of Italian cooking passed down through love.
Now based in Bergen County, New Jersey, Chef Corrado brings the soul of Southern Italy to your most cherished gatherings—transforming any occasion into an intimate Italian dining experience you’ll never forget.
