Culto Italiano is at 49 W Church St in downtown Bergenfield. We are a family-run Neapolitan pizzeria. Chef Corrado was born in Naples and learned to make pizza in his family's shop there. Our dough is hand stretched and slow fermented. Each pie bakes in a blazing hot wood-fired oven in about 90 seconds. That fast bake chars the crust and keeps the center soft. A home oven cannot do that, no matter the setting.
