The evening.
Culto Italiano is taking part in Taste of Italy presented by Campari hosted by Alex Guarnaschelli, an evening event of the 2026 Food Network New York City Wine & Food Festival. Chef Corrado Cervelli, our co-founder, will be there in person — he's among the chefs on the festival's lineup for the night.
Our plate for the evening is parmigiana di melanzane: eggplant parmigiana. For Corrado, who grew up in his family's restaurant in Naples, it's a chance to share a dish from the Italian table with the festival's guests, one plate at a time.
Taste of Italy is a walk-around tasting at Storied NYC in Manhattan: guests move between chef stations with Italian food, wine, aperitifs and cocktails, with live music through the evening. It's part of the festival's program, which benefits the Event Zero Foundation and the James Beard Foundation.
Tickets, the age policy and the latest details are on the festival's official website. If you're there, come find Corrado and say ciao.
